Sông Physiotherapy’s policy regarding insurance companies is that we work on the basis of individuals and corporations settling their own accounts and then claiming back directly with their respective insurance companies.
Please note that we require a minimum of 24 working hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For Monday appointments, cancellations must occur no later than end of business day 6pm, on the preceding Friday
Missed appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full treatment prices
